1 /5 Mathew Delorenzo: I have been a loyal customer of Plymouth Rock Insurance for over 5 years, but my recent experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. Recently, I made a simple mistake on my address adjustment and was shockingly charged a whopping $1200 fee. Despite speaking with a representative named Joseph, who offered no help whatsoever, I was left frustrated and financially burdened.
Whats even more disappointing is Plymouth Rocks track record when it comes to customer service and claims. In all my years with them, they have never spent a single dollar to repair any of my vehicles covered under my policy. Unlike reputable insurance companies, Plymouth Rock does not lower premiums based on good driving records and accident-free years.
This unfair and exorbitant charge has put my family in a precarious financial situation, impacting our ability to afford basic necessities. Plymouth Rocks lack of transparency and refusal to provide a reasonable explanation for the charge speaks volumes about their disregard for customer satisfaction.
In conclusion, I cannot recommend Plymouth Rock Insurance to anyone. Their poor customer service, unreasonable charges, and failure to reward loyal customers for safe driving practices highlight serious deficiencies in their business practices. I strongly advise seeking insurance providers that prioritize fairness, transparency, and customer care over profit margins.
