Natty Coco This place has been my insurance office now for over 10 years. I have been so happy with my service there. Kate and Carrie go above and beyond for their clients. I have unfortunately experienced both a flood and a fire a both times I had so much support from this agency. I recently had to help my mother with a different agency in the area and when my mom had a claim they would not do anything to help my mother. They told her to contact her insurance provider via phone. While I also had to do that with my claims Kate kept in contact with me daily to make sure everything was going well with my claim. I cant express how important that is enough and you who ever is reading may never know until it matters and you have a claim and your going through one of the worst times in your life to have someone you know personally take care of you claim and check on you is why I continue to go here. Kate went above and beyond and offered her number and told me to call her if I needed her after hours. I never needed that but I know if I had she would have been there to help. You may think your saving going through an online company but you will pay for it in customer service trust me.

Howard Mulcahy I recently stopped to the Cote Agency with no appointment and provided Christine very minimal information. She called me the very next day with a quote for my homeowners and auto insurance that was considerably cheaper than my last provider. Christine made everything super easy and convenient. I am very pleased that I stopped by that day.
