5 /5 Deborah Szesnat: I have had Allstate for over 50 years, since I was a teenager. My parents always had Allstate, as well. I always get prompt responses and good service from my local agency Nora Sosnowski and Jennifer Normandin.

5 /5 Allison Caprera: Jennifer did a great job of really understanding what our needs were and offering many discounts I was not even aware to ask for! I felt that I was in competent, efficient hands and got a good deal. Looking forward to putting our new house in Allstates hands.

1 /5 Andrea Boswell: I was with Nora for over 28 years. Over the past year I have asked Jennifer to have Nora contact me regarding my account no less than 4 times and never had a call back. Always a computer issue and supposedly never received our messages and the "Customer is Always Wrong" attitude of Jennifer is the reason we left Allstate. They had doubled our rates saying our JR driver was added, but found out 8 months later that he was not, while inquiring with another company. Month after that our payments went up yet again. We switched companies for a savings of over $300 a month. Unfortunately I would not recommend this agency any longer especially after being with someone nearly 30 years and never needing to use the insurance.

Do business with her if you want an overaggressive and extremely unhelpful person who enjoys wearing Suitsupply with a strong sense of entitlement and little remorse. She should learn some manners

5 /5 Matthew Conway: I might be biased here since I left Progressive due to a horrible customer service interaction whereby they threatened to not renew my coverage if I didnt answer three questions (prompted only by me inquiring about ride-sharing coverage). That being said, Allstate has been great. They were a little bit more expensive because of my individual circumstances, but they worked with me to identify all applicable discounts. Also, the annual home insurance was $10 less.
