1 /5 Dave M: Tamika was my agent, when the renewal was too high I called her to cancel my policy. She confirmed over the phone the policy would be cancelled and a pro-rated refund issued. A month later and I was receiving emails of past due premiums and letters threatening to cancel my policy. She never processed the cancellation. She is also very hard to get in touch with over the phone or in person. Her office hours on her website are not accurate.

1 /5 Susan Derose: If I could leave zero reviews, I would. This woman is completely unprofessional and had allowed my mother’s car insurance to elapse, and took no responsibility. Instead was defensive and abusive. She requested information to be texted to her, which was done and still in my phone history and then did nothing with the information. She then never responded to any messages left for her to return our call. Insurance was lapsed and she immediately became defensive instead of rectifying the issue. Absolutely would avoid her at any cost.
