1 /5 Susan Derose: If I could leave zero reviews, I would. This woman is completely unprofessional and had allowed my mother’s car insurance to elapse, and took no responsibility. Instead was defensive and abusive. She requested information to be texted to her, which was done and still in my phone history and then did nothing with the information. She then never responded to any messages left for her to return our call. Insurance was lapsed and she immediately became defensive instead of rectifying the issue. Absolutely would avoid her at any cost.
