1 /5 Karen Vergara: I spoke to a very nasty worker there over the phone named Natalia. I have everything recorded because she proceeded to say that I was “grocera” and cutting her off when she was the first to do so, so I’m glad I have her recorded. We have called multiple times to get help on receiving our new title as we did a name change through them and they ordered it through DMV back in March and we still have not received our new title. She was nasty and rude not letting me speak just saying that it’s not their fault and that we have to order a new duplicate through DMV and pay again. What is the point of going to this business to order one, pay $200, never receive our title and now she’s saying we have to order it again? What was the point of going to this business in the first place then. I could’ve done it straight with DMV and paid them instead of paying this nasty shady business with rude helpless workers. Please hire people that have customer service skills and know how to talk to people!!
