5 /5 Jane Carter: What a great experience! Account Manager Katie Kelley was outstanding in her knowledge, personality and can do attitude. Truly an amazing person and a pleasure to work with. The 2 home insurance policies she found and executed for me had more comprehensive coverage and together was less money than my existing single home insurance policy. She really knows insurance info and was extremely professional and responsive. I highly recommend working with this company, especially if you can work with Katie Kelly Frohlich! Five stars plus!

Because we are a small company that works with very large companies, we have very stringent requirements for certificates of insurance. Associates always comes through for us. Everyone is always so nice, very professional (I feel like I always ask mundane questions, but they always treat me with respect and never make me feel unimportant; no question is too big or too small), they always answer any correspondence quickly, they are so easy to work with; if I need to make changes or have questions about billing they always get me what I need or direct me where to go. Insurance is something that we all must have in many different aspects of life. Working with Pam, its never a burden; there is no hidden agenda, no up-selling. The sad fact that customer service is dying with everything being automated, not with Associates of Glens Falls! Its so refreshing to be appreciated by a live person. They know their clients and accommodate accordingly. They take pride in knowing that we are their neighbors, fellow community members, and business owners.
