Elsa Kassardjian Neal was initially extremely kind and helpful, up until he became unprofessional, short-tempered and hung up the phone in the middle of a conversation. In terms of efficiency, this company seems to be doing well but the lack of professionalism is astounding and I cannot emphasize enough how poor of an experience this was.

Have been very satisfied with service for my cars, motorcycle and rental. Kudos to Michelene who recently advocated on my behalf when someone tried to process false claim on my policy.
