1 /5 Pat Barrow: This agency has continually caused problems for me. Not only do they not inform me of changes directly beyond an email as I requested . Today I discovered an email informing me a double payment has been processed on my account!! via email!! Not a call or text! This payment was NOT AUTHORISED AND I AM UPSET as it puts a blemish on my perfect relationship with my bank! Cannot get them on the phone, Sunday, So emailed them and waiting for a response and adjustment. Including paying the anticipated charge on my perfect bank account!!! This company has caused me more mental anguish. GREED is contagious!! It must be changed! You hear me attorney General James!!
