Maximilian Epstein Hudson United is a great company to work, but I was really impressed with the customer service provided to me by both Janet Laino and Jessica Laino. They are knowledgeable and very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. I did a lot of shopping around for the best insurance quotes, and was able to get a NYCM quote from another agent, but I shared the quote with Janet, and she was able to provide the same coverage at a lower cost. Also, I went to the DMV and they were not accepting my ID cards for vehicle registration, and I connected with Jessica who was able to fix the issue and send me new ID cards within 15 minutes which solved the DMV issue and avoided the need to schedule a separate appointment. Five star service at affordable rates -- you cant beat that with a national insurance company like Geico, Allstate, State Farm, etc..

Matthew Grayson I can not say enough good things about Michelle, Megan and the rest of the team. Michelle really goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best coverage for the best price at all times. I started with my truck now we have my wife and mother in law with policies and we use them for our home owners as well. Business insurance will be next. Any time we need something they are always there to help. I still remember the first time Michelle came to me and said “Hey I re-quoted you for a new auto and saved you hundreds of dollars” when I didn’t even ask! That’s the type of service that you can’t find anywhere else. Thank you so much for being the best!

Mack Pratt Im a local used car Salesman, and this association has never let me down whenever I referred clients that were having trouble getting insurance. Kehoe will get you a policy thats affordable while other brokers will ask for absurd premiums. Dont waste your time if you have a bad driving record or have expensive insurance just go here.

Angie Darlington This place is horrible. I have closed my account 5 months ago. When I call to let them know they are still sending me balance due messages, they put me on hold and never came back to speak with me. Why are you not closing my account? You are using bullying tactics and it will not work with me. I open this for my grandson 10 years ago within my Credit Union. Now that his parents are financial situation I know longer need this policy. So I decided to close my account at least 5 months ago. I am not interested in doing business with businesses such as your company and the likes thereof. Please Close my account immediately, I will not be sending anymore payments to you. Doing the time of COVID- 19 my insurance was reduced to the lowest, Im so happy that I made the choice to join this family. William Gilmore My senior father-in-law was in a tough situation financially and had his insurance canceled and did not know how to deal with it on his own, nor did he let us know what had happened to his coverage as far as being canceled. I would just like to specifically point out Caroline and Heather at the West 1st Street office in Oswego for their empathy and understanding of the unique situation.
