While their service is acceptable when everything goes smoothly, any deviation from the standard process quickly becomes a major issue. If a title correction is needed or a problem arises, expect delayed responses — if you receive a response at all.
In every instance weve reached out for assistance, the agency has failed to follow through or offer meaningful support. Communication is poor, resolution times are extremely slow, and there seems to be little accountability when mistakes occur.
This agency might suffice for routine transactions, but if youre looking for reliability, responsiveness, and problem-solving when it really matters, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.
ADDING ON: This is 100% the DMV service we used, they will make you think they are working on the problem but no actions are ever taken and nothing ever gets solved. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt in the beginning, but after months and months are unanswered questions for multiple deals, I found my answer, you only assist with transactions that you may view as "easy".
