5 /5 Denis Selinar: The best place to get your plates. I came in on tuesday evening with all the paperwork, and Mike was very nice and helpful and said the plates and registration would be ready the next day after 5.. I came the next day at 5 15and they had my plates. The girls who work in the front and very nice too. I definitely recommend this place to get your plates.. thank you a thru Z :)

1 /5 Fally D: My experience was really 2/10. Recently bought a car in the neighborhood and was recommended to use this place since it was quick and easy. However Mike was very rude and didn’t allow me as a customer to ask the questions I was concerned about. I paid for my services and he wasn’t doing anything free. I do feel like because I am not Jewish the service was poor as everyone who came in as a Jew was serviced properly.

1 /5 Elayna Lohkamp: Our experience with this title agency has been consistently disappointing. While their service is acceptable when everything goes smoothly, any deviation from the standard process quickly becomes a major issue. If a title correction is needed or a problem arises, expect delayed responses — if you receive a response at all. In every instance weve reached out for assistance, the agency has failed to follow through or offer meaningful support. Communication is poor, resolution times are extremely slow, and there seems to be little accountability when mistakes occur. This agency might suffice for routine transactions, but if youre looking for reliability, responsiveness, and problem-solving when it really matters, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. ADDING ON: This is 100% the DMV service we used, they will make you think they are working on the problem but no actions are ever taken and nothing ever gets solved. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt in the beginning, but after months and months are unanswered questions for multiple deals, I found my answer, you only assist with transactions that you may view as "easy".
