Thankfully haven’t needed any claims, but I know this office would be highly reliable; seeing how they do business with everything else.

5 /5 Dave Bataille: I ran into a bind and could not pay my bill on time. It was handled wonderfully without passing judgment. I was able to pay a few days late without losing coverage. Whenever i needed assistance it has been a hassle free and easy experience. Thank you for all you do. I now live much farther away from Kristy Garcias agency but I remain a customer because of outstanding customer service.

4 /5 Georgia Baker: I was transferred here without my knowledge when there are agents much closer. Thats no reflection on the agency itself. They dont know me and I dont know them. My only complaint is that we not longer get monthly statements but again that is not the fault of the agency. Its all on Allstate. I may be looking to change insurance companies after being with Allstate all of my driving life.
