3 /5 Blanda C.J. (Sonny): Your review: I am fine with my Condo Allstate Insurance in NYC, the bank is paying that out of my escrow account monthly. One question: I have a problem with my Allstate account in what was my Philadelphia account, now closed since last July 2022, It has transferred title to the new owners, and they have claimed l owe them for the last monthly amount. It was settled at the closing with the proper channels, or l could not have sold it with any Title Company representing my sale. Please look into this, because they lowered my credit score, it was all taken care of or it would not have transferred the title to the new owners.I would like Allstate in Philadelphia to take care of this ASOP. 5 /5 Jason Lee: I was previously with Geico, Kiet and Rubina at Allstate assisted me with a quote that provided MORE coverage than what Geico offered and at a BETTER price, you definitely cant beat that. Yes, you read that right, Geico does not offer the best price and coverage as many come to believe. What mattered to me in the end was getting MORE coverage, insurance isnt about paying the cheapest price and getting the lowest coverage, it is about getting enough coverage to cover all of your assets (home/autos/etc) in case of accidents, acts of god, lawsuits, fire, and cetera. Having a policy that doesnt cover you properly in the event of catastrophic events will come back and bite you later BIG TIME and you wouldve wished you had gotten more coverage in the first place. Its not about the price! It is about the getting the right amount of coverage to better protect you and your family. Kiet and Rubina also provides excellent professional services and advice/recommendations, they really care and are looking out for your best interests at all times and I cant recommend them enough! A+++ I would 200% definitely do business again!
