Zahava Shapiro Highly recommend Bjewled for all your jewelry needs! I had been looking for cufflinks for my fiancé for weeks. We went to 4 different places and either they didn’t carry them, or they had a small selection, or they just had ugly stuff. At this point we were frustrated and drained. I called Bjeweled and from the first phone conversation I knew it was going to be our last stop. The owner was super helpful over the phone and answered all my questions. He even sent me some photos! Once we got into the store the service was EXCELLENT. Within seconds we had 2 people offering to help us- even though the store was busy and there were a lot of customers. The person who helped us was patient and not pushy at all. My fiancé needed a lot of time to make a decision and we didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all! He was also very discreet about pricing so I could gift the cufflinks without being tacky. Highly recommend and would definitely go back!

Mona I purchased two necklaces, one for my daughter of the cat reaching for the butterfly and one for myself of the Christmas manger scene. (I just couldnt resist). I showed them to my husband and he thought they were so well done that he insisted I order one with the cat since it was very much like my sweet cat, Wall-e. The way the cat reaches out for the butterfly is exactly the way Wall-e reaches out and touches my face and sometimes lays his paw on my hand. I had taught him to sit and shake and he has devised his own touch method by touching and looking straight into my eyes to make sure Im paying attention. He is very gentle. It melts my heart and that necklace will be just perfect. I love the designs and quality!

Nevertheless, due to scheduling they ended up being the 7th jeweler we visited - and lucky number 7 it was! From the beginning our experience was different - it was personable, not pushy and Bonnie spent more than an hour with us the first day, even though we had told her we werent going to purchase that day. We viewed and I tried on dozens of rings, and in the end made the decision to customize an already beautiful Gabriel & Co. piece - though we did not purchase that day we were back just a few days later to finalize. Throughout the process Bonnie sought to educate us on what we were purchasing and to make us clients, not simply another number in and out - both of which are more than I can say for a few other places we visited. We definitely recommend Manns Jewelers - we went in for a purchase but came out with a jeweler and we look forward to working with them in the future!
