5 /5 Ajah Harley: Hello I recently purchased insurance from a fine young man who goes by the name Samuel and I have to say it was the best experience I’d ever had dealing with an insurance agent over the phone and that’s saying a lot he was very diligent in his work and made me feel very welcome during the whole process if there was a standard for excellent customer service that man Samuel should run seminars on it because never have I ever felt so comfortable and satisfied with customer service than I did deal with Samuel.
