Lyss I spoke with Corey Fowlkes who was the most amazing and helpful person in my whole personal issue that I have going on with auto insurance. No I dont currently go through lighthouse but I used to and Ive never had any issues with them I just currently dont drive anymore and was calling to ask some questions. Corey I feel went above and beyond to help as I dont even have a policy but he was still willing to do anything and everything in his power to help and even called me back. Huge shoutout to him!!!

Jack Well folks this is yet another 5 star review from this Google Guide. Today I have to share my experience obtaining new auto insurance from my newly discovered local Agent The Robert C. Dempcy Insurance Agency! Are you tired of getting that AI bot shuffle when you try to call your internet based auto insurance company? If this is the best that AI can present, Im not going to worry about it taking over the world, because it couldnt even connect me to a customer service representative! Oh! But wait!.... maybe thats what it was meant to do! Hmmmmmm! I finally decided to seek a local Agent and meet and talk to real people again like the old days before the internet. At Robert C. Dempsey Insurance Agency they have a and I mean this literally a Bricks and Morter office building! As soon as you walk in you will probably be cheerfully greeted by Angie Pierce Agent/ CSR extraordinaire! See Pic. Angie actually, and get this, listened to my needs and the issues I was having with my current internet based Insurance company, and blew their doors off!!. I got a lower deductible, higher limits of liability, a comercial policy, and a cost savings to boot! All delivered with a cheerful smile! Now thats customer service! Stop into The Robert C.
