Jenny Chan Gorgeous selection of sweaters and other goods for loved one of all ages. Shop owner was very friendly and helpful. Got caught off guard by a chilly day and needed a sweater. The sweaters are great quality, and Ive already gotten multiple compliments on it.

Heather I went in yesterday to have my ring inspected and cleaned. I have had a few bad experiences here with staff in the years that I have been having my ring inspected. Rudeness, and lack of a smile, assistance or knowledge. David was a new face there, and what a breath of FRESH air. He was a COMPLETE gentleman! He greeting me with a smile and assisted in the process. He cleaned my ring like it has NEVER been cleaned before at Zales. I had to ask his name so I could write this review. Im not sure of his position with the company, but he should be the face of Zales. Beyond excellent customer service! Thank you David! I appreciate you!

Allen designed the most beautiful engagement ring for me, which was even better than I imagined. The design and craftsmanship are unmatched. We went back for a custom wedding band, and Helen nailed that one as well. I couldn’t be happier with the standalone ring or how perfectly it pairs with my engagement ring.
