1 /5 Janine Browne: If I could give 0 stars, I would. Representative failed to submit my photo inspection pictures and could not provide proof it was submitted. My collision coverage was subsequently revoked and this office said “there is nothing I can do but transfer you to customer service”. I explained that I already spoke with Geico and was instructed to return to the office and obtain proof to back date my coverage. All I was told was “sorry…I guess we didn’t send it. Speak to customer service”. There should have been an email trail on this office’s part to provide proof of submission and this office was not willing to assist at all.
