Jordan Brown One of the worst insurance companies. Their clients who hit your car and they won’t take fault for anything. The lady already hit me and then sat there and said there’s no damage we can leave Ain’t no time to waste sitting outside. Then filed the claim to immediately get denied saying they can’t get their police report through their third-party company instead of actually going to the Police Department and getting the police report. They want you to do the job for them just so they can deny the claim. This insurance company is the worst if you own a car. If you hit someone, they blame that person, but if you They blame you. This insurance company couldn’t lead blind people to water. ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY TO FILE YOUR CAR‼️

Ken Hamilton Christine Westfall knows how to effectively run this business. She knows what she is talking about when it comes to multiple kinds of insurance. If she is uncertain, shell tell you and request to follow up. There is no bs between you and this insurance agent. She is always there to be one step ahead of you. She worked with us from start to finish on our insurance needs and never rushed us in and out. This was a month,long process -if that doesnt speak volumes of the business she does, then I dont know what would. Give the agency a try. Either way, you wont be displeased.
