Austin Conrad Best insurance agency I have found. Besides for very freindly and helpful staff they cut my bill by 30%. Morgan and Mary both worked together to get the best quote for me and then even the owner Benedict Diaz came out to introduce himself to me.

Shelbylyn Rhoades Jen is the best. Nothing beats her. When you call the automatic phone number just keep asking for Jen at the utica office and they will put you through and she won’t sugar coat anything. She is super nice and willing to work with anyone. Although respect is earn, so if you give respect then Jen will help you otherwise don’t bother. She understands that life happens and how tight money can be. I 120% recommended her to anyone.

Gerald Sturgill Lena was super helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I had concerns and questions about starting a new policy for my vehicle. She was able to listen to my concerns and address all of my needs. She is an all-star and so wonderful at her job. I had switched from Progressive after they started providing me with worse service, and I was reluctant to switch, but she made the process so easy, and I was pleased with everything.
