I called and had the good fortune to meet Kelli. She has been nothing short of amazing. Anytime I have a question, concern, or need she is always there to support my husband and me. She displays such warmth and empathy towards our situations, she’s like working with a close friend. We appreciate all that she has done for us.

Kimberly Lindsey OVIA has been our insurance agent for years for both our business and our personal needs. They are always there to answer questions when they arise and they always shop for the best rates at renewal! They have amazing service and we wouldnt go anywhere else.

Terrance Depreta JoAnn and Erin have been fantastic! All the ladies on staff are always there with answers when called, very professional and polite as well. The Decker Agency always as the customers best interest first and foremost saving them lots of money!! Now how can you argue with that. Highly recommended

jenna quimby Anthony from AAA towed my vehicle after receiving a flat tire. Anthony was very helpful and polite. I could not have asked for better service. The process was so fast and I am so thankful to have AAA. Putting the request in on the app, confirming the details with a staff member on the phone and then having the service done, was done within a half hour. You cant get better than that!

Mitch Bush I have been with Acclaim Ins Co for several years. I find Elaine to be honest and will always get you answers in a timely fashion. Insurance is costly today but this agency will do all they can to lower your costs. It’s refreshing to know you can have the tough conversations and be respected.

Lyss I spoke with Corey Fowlkes who was the most amazing and helpful person in my whole personal issue that I have going on with auto insurance. No I dont currently go through lighthouse but I used to and Ive never had any issues with them I just currently dont drive anymore and was calling to ask some questions. Corey I feel went above and beyond to help as I dont even have a policy but he was still willing to do anything and everything in his power to help and even called me back. Huge shoutout to him!!!

Viola Woo Thomas was extremely helpful, explaining thoroughly and patiently about my current home policy on terms that Im not familiar with. He also provided great suggestions. It was a breath of fresh air when compared to other insurance companies that I contacted.
