I was almost concerned about the accuracy, as exceptional customer service like that feels like a thing of the past. It usually takes multiple calls and plenty of follow-up to get things moving, but Dawn handled everything in one seamless conversation. We needed any number of things in order to do the deal rapidly and get a set of plates from the DMV same day. Karen responded immediately, knowledgeably and economically. We had the temporary proof of insurance within two hours and permanent id card within hours of getting our plates and driving home our fabulous 2021 EV.
