Julia Davidson Have my auto loan through Chemung, overall a decent experience. However, you can only sign up for autopay through the end of the year. Mine ended and then I got hit with a late fee they won’t remove even after calling to explain. Obviously some of this is on me but feel like they could have worked with the late fee situation, I’ve never had a loan company that ends the auto payment automatically.

Magen Phillips-Vargas I come here to use the ATM never have problems always clean but now Im unable to get in before opening times or if its after its closed due to a new operating thing on the door I was able to slide my card and open it now its different so Im not sure if only bank costumers can get in or if there is a certain way to open the doors but if only bank costumers can get in after hours Im afraid you could loose a little bit of business because atms get used daily even after hours

Matthew Guido I went here yesterday. Couldn’t have been better service. The manager really helped even when I was rude. She was professional And at the end of it I felt we were all cool. I appreciate them putting up with my attitude. I hope they know I meant that apology bc I’m sure they get crap all the time being the nature of the business. I felt wrong to give them more crap but they stuck with the transaction and made it happen. I appreciate them. A+ service as well from the other associates
