1 /5 Sierra Palmer: They did not apply my car payment correctly in October. Tried to penalize me for it until I informed them of their mistake while paying my November car payment. Again, they applied it incorrectly and I get a notice in the mail?? Do not do business with these people under any circumstances! This is absolutely insane, and I have never experienced such horrific disregard for someones elses money in my life! Words cannot express how upset and stressed I am. How can I trust that they will fix their mistakes, when they told me that they messed up and were fixing it to my face in November, only to do again for that very payment?! I will be going in tomorrow to insist management does something that very day. A complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has been filed.

5 /5 Keisha Sweeting: Everyone is always friendly and helpful here. There was ONE time when I got someone who was less friendly than the others and I have only seen that person the one time. I also love their online banking system. I just wish they had Saturday hours, and a location going between Oswego and Mexico.

1 /5 Chris Green: Leaving one star, because zero stars wasn’t an option. Linda at Community Bank in Oswego is one of the most unprofessional people I’ve met. In a nutshell, I went in to do a weekly deposit and she treated me like I was an absolute criminal. Questioned everything about my deposit. Asked personal questions about my checks that were by no means none of her business. When I told her I was going to take my business somewhere else, she said “that’s fine with me”. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from his bank as possible. Update: I went to the Fulton branch and had absolutely no problem. This seems to be an issue with the Oswego branch.
