Jeff Bell My father-in-law had his retirement account transferred by his ex-employer to Fidelity from another financial services company. It was a somewhat complex situation. We went into the Albany office and, although it took two hours, Lilien was very helpful and did everything that she could to help resolve the situation. Dealing with Fidelity can be complicated, but so far I have had only positive interactions with this local office.

His posts are more current than any others I found. Michael also responded to my inquiry within 24 hours; which surprised me since I was expecting a later response since I sent my message so close to April 15, assuming he would be busy assisting his paying clients in preparation of tax day and with questions regarding the current bouncing of the stock markets.
