Reynold McEathron Hi to all at One Main Financial: I want to thankyou for your assistance once again. Youve helped me knock out my credit card debt, which I was beginning to drown in. You are also assisting me with this loan by helping me put together a place where musicians can get together and play music in our community. Im a drummer and violinist. Teaching and playing drums is something I truly enjoy doing. A little over 6 years ago I was doing just that until the apartments closed down. I was helping a couple of my grandchildren learn how to play. I have a couple of friends I played with many years ago who wish to come and play and even assist in helping other musicians or musicians to be come learn their instrument. I have the equipment for any musician who wants to play or sing with others as a group, experienced musicians. I also have the equipment to put videos on line, burn disks. Where I live now Im unable to do that. Sound levels. Ive been searching for just a place on the out skirts of town. I want to thankyou again for not only the assist in paying off my credit card debt, but for making my dreams and of other musicians come true. Murphy John I have always had a good experiance with TWC especially when it came time for me to attend college. Colleen has always done a great job of explaining the details and helping me understand my account. I know exactly where my money is, what I am investing in, and can access my account details at any time. This is such a safe and professional business and I would recommend to everyone.

Mike UPDATE: My sincere apologies about the review below I wrote a month ago. It was not your bank that cashed the check, it was a Chase Bank that cashed the check on our NBT account. I will leave this posted for awhile and then rewrite it in the positive, my apologies again. You really need to train your tellers not to cash a $2400.00 check with no name/business on the check! And then want to charge $35.00 a month to do what you could not do in the first place, protect our account! Armatures?

Candy Corn I called this office because I wanted to change my federal income tax withholding, and I wanted help with the W-4 form. I made this very clear when I scheduled the appointment. I showed up to the appointment with all my documents and was told by Amy well nothing is standing out as looking off and she wanted to file my taxes first and then we could change my tax withholding. She didn’t file my taxes at that appointment she said she would call me when they were completed. Over a week later I receive a call that my taxes were completed and to come pay the invoice. I inquired about the W-4 form and was given the run around by the receptionist. I showed up to pay the invoice and explained the W-4 form was the purpose of the appointment. She explained Amy was busy with a client and couldn’t talk to me right now. I have called this office multiple times and I always get the run around, “Amy is busy filling taxes.” It has been over a month since I have last called the office, and I have not received a call back. I could have dropped my taxes off at H & R block, I went here because I needed help changing my tax withholding. It very sad that people continue to run dishonest businesses.
