5 /5 Pristine Cleaning: My daughter got her 2nd lobe pierced by Nicole, what a wonderful experience. She was amazing and so gentle with my girl. When I took my daughter in June one of the worker who is no longer there pierced it wrong and it got infected. I called the store and spoke to nicole and she told me to wait a couple of weeks until it healed and to bring her back to get it re pierced. Thank you nicole! The customer service in this store is amazing!

5 /5 Jenny G: Can I just say what a wonderful experience. I got my 2nd lobe pierced by kristy and she was wonderful. But what really wowed me is the communication this store has. I called this morning and spoke with the manager I just wanted to make sure the price and understand better as to what I was getting. When I arrived the manager wasn’t there but the young lady kristy knew already what I wanted. Most businesses don’t do well because of poor communication… and if this company doesn’t realize what a wonderful manager you have working here you need to. I didn’t get to met her but between the phone call and the respect her employees have for her is just wonderful. And thank you to the lady who was there your awesome !

4 /5 Jason Lindelof: My daughters are obsessed with this place. Most of the items here arent high quality but it makes them happy. Years back they had their ears pierced here and it was a very good experience.
