She looked at every piece and handled them with great care. Donna took her time and in the end, I was very surprised and happy with the results. I highly recommend Charles Krypell if you are considering trading in your gold for cash. The entire staff was extremely friendly, the store is beautiful and Donna will see to it that you leave confidently, knowing that you made the right decision. Don’t wait.

5 /5 Shelli Mollen: I was skeptical about walking into a jewelry store not knowing anyone but was pleasantly greeted by a friendly face and walked over to a lovely salesperson that I instantly clicked with. Down to earth, not pushy, honest and sincere. She called over one of the owners who was also extremely personable and I wound up trading in my tennis bracelet that I was not enjoying for one that is practical and beautiful and able to wear everyday with everything. I highly recommend going there. They have a large selection of beautiful things.

That is exactly what happened when we went to Charles Krypell Fine Jewelry in Greenvale. We were greeted by Donna Hill-Nugent. Her warm smile made me feel that we were in the right place. Donna reviewed different diamond types and specifics with us. When we shared what we were looking for she showed us, what I thought was the most beautiful perfect ring!! Afterwards, showed us other rings and gracefully gave us time to discuss the decision without us even asking. My son made his decision & I was so excited by his choice. He made his purchase! Donna was so informative, helpful and genuine throughout the whole process. I never imagined that it would have been that amazing of an experience!!! My son’s fiancé LOVES the ring!! If you are looking to purchase any type of high end luxury jewelry soon I highly recommend visiting this store on the corner of Glen Cove Rd and Northern Blvd. The store is large with a beautiful selection of jewelry. Donna Hill- Nugent was very helpful during my visit and was very knowledgeable & friendly. Ask for her if you visit!
