5 /5 M Kwon: Ive been eyeing a hard to find limited release Grand Seiko for some time now and was quite surprised when I found Carat & Co had one. After sending out an inquiry email, I received an immediate reply from Tiffany with a very competitive offer. I think their return policy is a perfect balance of giving a buyer some recourse if an online purchase isnt what they had in mind but not being so overly generous that one wonders if a watch was purchased, tried, and returned numerous times. Shipping was overnight and every communication I had with Tiffany was answered in a very timely fashion. I will definitely do business with them again. They have a very compelling family story in the Flushing area and seem to be a self made success story built on honest hard work!

Derek was fantastic to work with, responsive, professional, and explained very well every step of the process. I was purchasing from out of state, so was a bit nervous about the delivery and overall process, but everything was so smooth and the watch arrived in perfect condition. I felt comfortable purchasing a new watch from them without being in person because of their stellar reputation. Communication was through email. Tiffany provided prompt responses, and was patient throughout our series of communication over the course of a week, answering all my questions. I did not feel rushed whatsoever. I wouldn’t hesitate doing business with Carat & Co again, even when not in person!

She was very patient with us as we asked her a variety of questions. She was also very knowledgeable and personable and really made the experience feel unique and special. Even though we did not purchase anything that day, she made us feel important and that is why I will make this place my go-to for all future watch purchases. I look forward to coming back soon. Service was A+++, lady I spoke too over the phone hooked me up sent me the watch the next day because I needed it on time for a wedding for free. On top to all this great service I got the watch for a unbelievable price. Truly happy with my purchase and Will definitely be buying more watches from Carat & Co.
