Deborah Szesnat I have had Allstate for over 50 years, since I was a teenager. My parents always had Allstate, as well. I always get prompt responses and good service from my local agency Nora Sosnowski and Jennifer Normandin.

Adeeb I been with this office for over 3 years When you come in to this office they will take care of you and make sure you’re all covered. Thank you to all the staff for helping me get insured and always there to answer my questions and concerns. Highly recommend this place to all tlc drivers.

Patricia Koblich I have been a customer for years. Jennifer and staff have always been courteous and knowledgeable. They are real people helping real people. Having insurance is a legal requirement. I choose to stay with them because of the reasons above. There may have been a previous post with one star. If Im unable to delete it, I would like to state that it was an error due to a non human interference that I didnt have the knowledge to overcome. After all, I am a customer of a certain age. I ask forgiveness.

Saltzman Mike (Magitek) Context: Policy lapsed due to mistaken non-payment. The account was linked to a bank account which was compromised and closed and i forgot to update payment and missed the letter letting me know. Thats my fault... ...But being told straight out by Tom, our agent of 7+ years, that "i cant help you, go find a new agent" as his reply when I asked how to fix this... strikes me as just awful form. Told my new agent about this situation, and he said: "Why wouldnt he have called you to let you know there were payment problems...? or just helped you get payment straightened out when you brought it up?" Good questions, I wondered the same thing. 3 Star because as awful as I think the relationship ended, the 7 years we worked with Tom were fine.
