1 /5 Doc Jesus: I went to gheith for car insurance and was quoted 2300 (if i paid in full) plus $100 broker fee.I paid in full. 3 weeks later I get an email saying I owe $211. I call to find out whats going on and Im told my insurance form said i have a defensive drivers course but i do not so that discount was removed. i explained that i never said i had taken that class. i was told whoever filled out my insurance put down that I had it. I went to gheith and VERY POLITELY explained to the woman at the that she had mad a mistake and now im being charged $211 because she put down i had the defensive drivers course. she said "NO I DIDNT MAKE A MISTAKE I WOULDNT PUT THAT DOWN UNLESS YOU HAD IT." she looked over the insurance and saw its on there so she called over her co worker and told her "somehow on his insurance it says he has the defensive drivers course but i did not put it in there. the co worker said "oh well if he doesnt have it hes gonna have to pay the $211" now i got angry i asked how do i get stuck paying for your mistake you have to take responsibility when you do something wrong, the woman at the desk said no i do not have to take responsibility for that and i will not. i said yeah when you make a mistake you have to take responsibility to which she relied again that she does not have to and will not. so now i asked to see the manager. the manager comes out and says what happened so im explaining that his employee made a mistake on my insurance and now im being charged $211 and im not paying for your mistake so he asks the woman at the desk what happened and she again says she did nothing wrong but somehow the defensive drivers course was on my insurance. so the manager says why dont you just take the course? i said bc your employee made a mistake i shouldnt have to take a class. he said its good anyway i said i dont care im not taking a class bc your employee is incompetent. we then began arguing bc he tried to get my girlfriend to agree with his dumb idea. now hes telling me i need to calm down lifes too short he tells the woman at the desk to call the insurance and walks away. the woman calls the insurance and they tell her she made a mistake.. she hangs up and goes to talk to the manager and she comes back and says something about shes gonna send a form and it will be straightened out. so i apologize for yelling and shes got the audacity to say yeah you need to show respect. i said i did, she said no you didnt, i said yeah actually i was very respectful until your childish remark that you wont take responsibility for your mistake. she again says yeah im not taking responsibility for that . so as IM leaving shes still acting like a child, 10 minutes after i get home i get a phone call from gheith asking me when i can come take the class that i told them more then once im not taking.
the people in here are ignorant, very disrespectful, rude and very unprofessional.
I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU GO ELSEWHERE
