1 /5 Bee Happy: I’m rating one star because the option to rate zero stars is not available. This agency is hands down the most unprofessional organization I have had the displeasure of dealing with in quite some time. After requesting a farm policy quote, and promptly providing all requested information, I received a snotty call from the agent Elizabeth, almost four weeks later indicating that I had been withholding requested information- that her trusted office staff had never asked me for. Since I was anxiously waiting for the quote in order to set a closing date on a real estate transaction, I had been very forthcoming with everything they requested. During said snotty phone call, I read the transcript of the most recent voicemail from her office staff- which proved that I had provided exactly what they asked for. Almost a month is way too long to expect a potential client to wait for a quote. The lack of organization, and a simple list of all the necessary information to complete the quote makes me wonder what would ever happen if there were a claim!! Thank goodness I dodged this bullet! After Elizabeth HUNG UP ON ME- I made some calls, which I should have done to begin with. Apparently, this behavior is not an isolated incident. I sure hope, for her current clientele’s sake, that she can find a way to get her emotions under control. Her behavior with me is CERTAINLY no way to run a successful business.
I’m quite thankful that I have an insurance binder through my current company that will allow me to set a closing date and complete my transaction- unfortunately, weeks later than necessary due to Elizabeth’s unprofessional behavior.
