1 /5 Blunder Based “AceWonder”: This bank branch is such a terrible one to go to. There are never any tellers available on any given day. Do not go here if you cant do a transaction without an ATM. The people that are there will tell you the same thing, "the system is down, you have to use the ATM". This is the only branch that constantly has "system issues". Then they get an attitude when you ask questions. They should just close this branch or make it ATM only. Unacceptable.

1 /5 John Ercan Kadioglu: 10:28am one clerk. 40 minutes wait in line .Bank manager saying we can’t do nothing about it. Very rude staff. Security guy threatened me by kicking me out. Update: After an hour waiting they refused serving me because i made no comment when the asked me if i have taken picture of the long line. This is a nightmare.

1 /5 fabion stewart: This branch that is located on alerton ave & whiteplains road. The worst bank to go into . Poor customer service and there is never a teller on duty . Never a teller behind the glass. Always an issue in this branch .any other bank you go to always have an teller.

5 /5 The Messenger: I was a bit hesitant to go to this bank because of the reviews. On the contary, These ladies were beautiful with me. I know it wasnt for my looks but their formality. Stephanie, oh Stephanie, she made it quite simple for me to do my transactions. The other ladies were just as gentle. I need to go back again and revisit these queens. Thank you ladies for going that extra Mile with me on this one and hopefully, I will return soon.
