2 /5 Lilly Koken: There are always issues with this bank! I’ve used this bank for 15 years and am switching. Countless errors and mistakes, not very great customer service. Do not recommend.

1 /5 Frank Iachetta: I was forced into this bank when they purchased my 0% interest loan from another bank. Online banking service is horrible. Very difficult to get someone on the phone to be able to login to to pay my loan. They also want to charge me a fee to pay my loan online. In the past 4 years we have never been late on a payment and now we are having to jump through hoops just to make our monthly payment on time due to their cumbersome system. Looking to pay off our 0% interest loan just to break ties with this business.

1 /5 Renee Miller: I was trying to get a loan for a plane ticket to Seattle for my brothers funeral, and they gave me the run around for weeks until I missed his funeral, they knew was retired but I have a 20 hour a week job as well. They finally told me after having me run to social security a few times that l didnt have enough money to get a loan for one thousand dollars. Really after giving me a year to pay it back. That hurt my heart so much ; even after banking with you guys for 2 years . Im going to pull my account from this bank asap. They are the worst. And Im going to protest against them as well. If your own bank cant help you in your time of bereavement then who?

5 /5 D A: I live pay check to pay check and Ive gotten a car loan and a personal loan from this bank, both without issue. I havent tried calling for customer service as other people complain about but going through the app Ive gotten immediate responses. Theyve never made errors or done me wrong, and are a HUGE upgrade in every way from my experience with Tompkins trust in trumansburg. Night and day difference, and Im thankful they exist.

2 /5 Kim Mead: I have been a member since they were a bank on State Street. I n the past 5 YEARS the TELLERS they have Hired are the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I have switched my bank because of this. I hate this bank.
