Max Root Americu, and specifically Andrea Neal are the epitome of quality in customer service. I felt like I was treated as a valued customer and friend, not someone they could just make money from. Andrea is extremely thorough, running numbers multiple times to ensure everything was accurate. She showed her expertise in explaining all aspects of my loan to me prior to my signing. I sincerely appreciate her efforts and the service of everyone I have met in the Cortland, NY Americu office!

I appreciate them putting up with my attitude. I hope they know I meant that apology bc I’m sure they get crap all the time being the nature of the business. She answered all my questions and concerns, what to expect when half to provide paperwork.
