V Chavez TERRIBLE customer service... I opened an acct online and received a call from a woman asking if I needed help from the bank this year...She NEVER informed me yall were closing my acct do to DocuSign docs that didnt come thru for 3days..I was told by fraud dept to open ANOTHER acct online and was AGAIN told its closed and now I have to go in.....Im not from NY Im from Orlando and I have NEVER IN MY LIFE met more DISENGAGED and JUDGEMENTAL PEOPLE in my LIFE.....I wouldnt recommend this bank to my DOGS....These ppl are SHADY and they lie so watch out

putrid filth Not sure of one of the bank managers name but he was really helpful resolving an issue with my elderly grandmothers account, very professional and compassionate. Some dude with red hair and a beard? thanks dude who ever you are!

The sales person was very helpful and the technicians performing the install were on time, very efficient and professional. Every detail has been flawless with wonderful results.
