1 /5 tameka Jones: If I had the option to give 0 stars I would.Sue was rude,dismissive and at times passive aggressive didn’t even seem like she tried or even cared to assist me.Overall all just ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE .For me it’s about treating people with RESPECT and DIGNITY as a HUMAN BEING whether you are approved or denied! Not to add I got a letter saying I was pre-approved and had a loan with them before that I paid off.I worked with Samantha who went above beyond and was so kind and respectful.This new staff they have now really need training and need to work on checking their implicit biases or do a better job at hiding them! I’m disgusted! Life circumstances can change at anytime for anyone!You never know what someone is going through so this staff could really use a lesson on empathy and compassion also consider how they would like to be treated.IT COSTS YOU NOTHING TO BE KIND!!
