1 /5 Mr Kyser: I have never been so disrespected in my life by a insurance company. I was hung up on by Jackie and then called back and was disrespected by some guy. I work for a dealer and was calling on behalf of there customer. Im very disappointed and hope they fix it. Often customers ask us for our opinions for insurance and we refer insurance companies that do good business. I strive to have all business dealings with customers positive even if they dont buy from me, maybe they will refer a friend because of the positive experience.

1 /5 Tamy Montoya: Terrible service, the first time someone crashed my car they did not solve the problem, recently someone crashed my car outside my house for which they gave it as a total loss and they just made fools, I had to put a lot of pressure on them to get them to solve the problem adjuster never answered my calls lousy solutions terrible experience with them, horrible services.
