I have always received great service and coverage at reasonable prices. Phillips office is always available to provide friendly and useful help and guidance with claims and policy issues. Saltzman Mike (Magitek) Context: Policy lapsed due to mistaken non-payment. The account was linked to a bank account which was compromised and closed and i forgot to update payment and missed the letter letting me know. Thats my fault... ...But being told straight out by Tom, our agent of 7+ years, that "i cant help you, go find a new agent" as his reply when I asked how to fix this... strikes me as just awful form. Told my new agent about this situation, and he said: "Why wouldnt he have called you to let you know there were payment problems...? or just helped you get payment straightened out when you brought it up?" Good questions, I wondered the same thing. 3 Star because as awful as I think the relationship ended, the 7 years we worked with Tom were fine.
