Arrow Bank - Troy

Connor At least the last time I was there super friendly and accommodating!! I ask if they could wear disposable gloves during the transaction because they handle money all day. The manager is amazing and always accommodating. Def recommend over the Latham branch if you can avoid going there I would go to Troy!!

PureVest - Staten Island

Joseph Ranola From the first time I sat down with Jason from PureVest he was prompt, professional and made me feel fully comfortable with his recommendations and approach. I never felt pressured and he made sure I fully understood everything we spoke about. Fast forward until after he’s managed all my accounts for a while and I couldn’t be happier with PureVest as my choice. Highly recommend Jason and the team.

Fidelity Investments - Albany

Jeff Bell My father-in-law had his retirement account transferred by his ex-employer to Fidelity from another financial services company. It was a somewhat complex situation. We went into the Albany office and, although it took two hours, Lilien was very helpful and did everything that she could to help resolve the situation. Dealing with Fidelity can be complicated, but so far I have had only positive interactions with this local office.
