1 /5 Susan K.: I asked them to remove me from their mailing list. I was harassed by Karen for 6/7 more emails. I had to take it to her boss, who was sarcastic about it and blamed it on their "vendor". Seriously???? I will be taking this further to NYS Department of Insurance and beyond if necessary. DO NOT CONTACT me is a very clear statement. What dont they understand? And they get upset when I call them "simple minded" for not doing as I ask???? In this day and age, "simple minded" is the least I could say about how they treated me.
