Jewelry Fan This was my first visit to your new shop, and I brought in some Morgan Dollars and scrap gold. I was genuinely impressed by the high level of professionalism and outstanding customer service. I appreciated the time you took to evaluate everything and ensure I received fair and accurate value. You offered me more for my scrap and Morgan Dollars than two other local shops that I had previously visited. On top of that, I left with a beautiful ring that looks to be in "like new" condtion, for much less than I would have paid retail for anywhere else! Thank you again—I’ll definitely be returning soon!

ana valdez This Kay Jewelers location is absolutely wonderful. I’ve been there multiple times and it’s always a great experience. Cindy, Emma, and Berly are all so kind. They provide great insight on the jewelry, their maintenance, and how to pair with our pieces. They always keep us up to date with sales and promotions without putting pressure on buying an item. They are all so kind and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this location. I would also recommend getting the Life Time Protection plan. It keeps my jewelry in perfect condition, just like the day it was purchased.

Ratna Payel80 What a wonderful vibe this jewelry store has. As an islander I always try to give money to my local business before go to the big ones. And I am so glad I end up coming here. Customer service is always excellent, a lot of time my experience in the island with local businesses isn’t good, so this was breath of fresh air. Every time I step into this place the respect they showed me is commendable. Now let’s talk about what I ended up getting. As a Muslim a groom cant wear gold or silver wedding rings, so I had to find a stainless steel one for the groom . They also did custom engraving & it looked beautiful. Their estate jewelry case holds treasures with stories - got a 1920s Art Deco piece cheaper than mall-store junk.

B M Dolce I have been buying pieces and or asking for pieces from Na Hoku both in store and on-line for about 15 years. Their pieces are very unique as they are ocean and Hawaiian themed and I come from Canada so, they certainly stand out. Every single item I have is made of impeccable quality and, have never broken or lost a diamond and, I wear items on the daily. I always get compliments wearing them and, they often start a nice conversation and hold beautiful memories.
