Rick Hoffman Retirement is a very scary thing to do these days. My Husband and myself meet Charles and David Bartman at one of the many summaries we went to. We were on the hunt to find a good financial advisor. We choice the Senior Financial Center because David Batman was very knowledgeable about investments and how to make our money grow. We have meet with David several times and we already feel welcomed by everyone in his office (they are polite- friendly). We trust the Senior Financial Center with our retirement investments. Cindy Lalor I spoke to an escalation team concerning my accumulated interest and they were so rude. I purchase some furniture through bobs furniture and they never told me that I was on a promotion period. I started paying more than I should to avoid the interest and they started using my payment to put towards another purchase before the 1st payment was completed. Then told me a bold lie and said I owe 520 dollars towards the first payment however it was only 300 dollars I owed. I ask to pay that amount to remove the 366 dollars interest they agreed and told me to pay it by nov 17th however they send me out the letter on the 26th of nov and the date they gave me to pay it off already passed. They told me they couldn’t help me and basically called me a liar. They keep adding interest even though I’m paying the amount due each month I need corporate to intervene, I need someone above the escalation team they are rude !

Ginny In all transparency, this is a very early review, but it feels justified. Bradford has been a complete pleasure to work with. As a young investor with a smaller amount of assets to offer to manage, I didn’t expect nearly the attention he’s given me, or the time he’s been willing to spend with me to help me learn. Aside from his 15+ years in the field, the firm’s principals are CPA’s with combined 50+ years tax/finance experience. As a CPA myself, I can vouch for the value of the combination of finance and tax knowledge the firm offers. I would highly recommend working with Bradford, or likely anyone at the firm.

Grean Jelli Bean I have tried to make contact with UBS at least four times. I stopped by this UBS location on the last-ditch chance that the previous attempts were flukes in unresponsiveness (used UBSs online contact form and tried several other different local offices, to no avail), gave the receptionist my contact info who said someone would reach out, and its been two full business days with zippo, nil, zero contact. Its shocking that UBS does not respond to prospects or inquiries; what type of business of this nature does this? Is this a case of prejudging individuals? If this is how they ignore existing customers trying to access their finances, those customers have my sympathies.
