Connor Waldo I generally have a really good experience. some of the stuff with community financial is a little bit odd in terms of their information systems, but I like the friendly and family oriented atmosphere. They are always helpful when it comes to getting a car loan as well. overall I think its good to have a credit union on your team and Im glad that I have community financial. I have been banking with them ever since I was 8. Thats over 20 years.

Five stars is not rating PNC itself but it is a rating for this particular branch & employees. Suha provided excellent service. She is knowledgeable & swiftly completed the task at hand while being personable. For an overall bad experience banking with PNC, this last visit was satisfying & Im leaving without as much bitterness. One person can make all the difference! Thank you!
