5 /5 Christopher Walker: The title loan was scary but was needed. I borrowed about 13k on a title loan and was paying a lot of money monthly for it but I was fortunately able to pay it off within 3 years and I can’t complain yes they nail you on interest rate especially with fair credit but my wife was pregnant and we needed money so we are happy because staff was friendly and process was very easy. I recommend for people who have a steady income and are mature enough to pay their bills on time, had I not paid on my loan I could’ve lost my house if the vehicle value wasn’t worth what I owed so just be careful and realistic with yourself.

2 /5 Robert Gant Jr.: DO NOT USE ONEMAIN FINANCIAL !!! You would think that loan officers would have more knowledge on options available to customers needing loans but at this location they had absolutely no answers until they ran a credit report. Had they been able to answer more questions I could have avoided having a hit on my credit report when I pretty much knew they werent going to be able to help me but they insisted on me having to do a credit report before that. Now I have a credit hit when if they could have answered some of my questions beforehand like anyone else could have I would have avoided a credit hit. And as collateral they have to take the entirety they dont do second collaterals or anything like that they want to pay off your loan and charge you a higher rate than where your other loan is for so it is a joke and a scam do not come to One Main Financial. Dont get me wrong they were plenty nice, I just dont think that they really have our interests in mind I think its a numbers game and if they would allowed people to put in information when they know that theyre iffy on credit then people could avoid screwing their credit up even more by going through them.

5 /5 Virginia Stackhouse: Ive had nothing but GREAT service here. The workers truly care about your financial needs, and look past your credit score. They have helped me out in tough situations several times, and treat me without judgement and respect. I will not go to any other place for a loan. They never call you to remind you of payments either, which is nice, only for promotions. I have worked both with Alicia and Gloriana, but all their staff is truly amazing. If you need a loan, tell them that Virginia (Ginny) Stackhouse sent you and they will surely hook you up! Thank again, OneMain Team!
