2 /5 Amanda Brown: The people at the bank are awesome, i do love that they make their own cards in house instead of waiting days to receive in mail. but when a direct deposit sits pending till after 9am on the day is supposed to be in and not cleared when its electronically put in isnt cool. Only bank i have ever dealt with that takes forever to clear stuff. Very slow at getting things done.

1 /5 Kristine Bucci-walker: I took a chance on this credit union. Everyone and everything has been nice. I’m in horrible situation with my husband and also multiple health problems. I have a young son and with the expenses being so high I ended up relying on courtesy pay. I know you are not supposed to but sometimes you have to do what you have to do. In May the courtesy was 700 and in June they gave me 100. I needed to pay my cell phone bill and internet. The credit union said well the computer generates it. I sincerely never was told that. I have direct deposit and the May overdraft was paid. My previous credit union gave you a set amount. Then all of a sudden one of the team members gave me 100. How could he do that if the computer generates it? Just beware on where you put your money. Now I’m in a REAL MESS!!!! Thanks CFCU

1 /5 Kaylee: Where do I even start. They don’t even deserve one star. Nothing but lies. Penny is the worst person I have dealt with for any loan. Nothing but lies attitude and attacks. She tried to lie in the loan more times then I can count after she was called out she back tracks and makes more lies. I’ve done deals with many other credit unions and none have this level of horrible service. Even the office manager is a horrible person. Due to their lies my loan was pushed back weeks. I would not recommend my worst enemy to the a loan here. But if you like being lied to verbally attacked and belittled then it’s a good place for you. So much more I could add but not enough time in the day. Just got lied to yet again by her. That’s lie number 34 so far and yes I’ve been counting. Failed to give me my account number for the account she demanded go in my name after I asked why she yelled did not calmly explain it at all.
