Diamond Daniels This is my second year going to Abdul to get my taxes done. He is very professional and genuinely cares about the well being of his clients. Each time he has done all he could to get me the maximum refund. I especially can appreciate the fact that hes not money hungry, like most other people and places who over charge for tax services. Denise Davis Ive been a Citizens customer way before they were Citizens, Charter One, actually. Now, Im getting really perturbed about the customer service that is not shown when pertaining to their ATM functionality. 90% of the time is down, out of money or will NOT accept deposits! Currently, I only have this account with them out of convenience, but its not convenient anymore! I have to drive all over town to find a functioning ATM to do simple transactions. Not just this location, but many others. Time to bank elsewhere!
