1 /5 Denise Davis: Ive been a Citizens customer way before they were Citizens, Charter One, actually. Now, Im getting really perturbed about the customer service that is not shown when pertaining to their ATM functionality. 90% of the time is down, out of money or will NOT accept deposits! Currently, I only have this account with them out of convenience, but its not convenient anymore! I have to drive all over town to find a functioning ATM to do simple transactions. Not just this location, but many others. Time to bank elsewhere!

1 /5 akhtar azhar: This used to be a very good branch. After the arrival of present manager its gone to hell. Please dont go there and waste your time. Extremely rude and unprofessional nobody ever available.

1 /5 Brenda Psujek: ATM is always down. Dont bother to go to the next closest one as it is down also. They have the worst ATM machines.

1 /5 Jon Manthei: Some of the worst customer service I have ever received. The banker I was dealing with would only communicate via text. Never answered my phone calls or returned my messages. Then he literally ghosted me like a teenager and just stopped responding to my texts. I closed my account and got the service I needed elsewhere.

1 /5 Angelina Daher: I went through the drive-through Saturday, 29th around 1015 10:20 AM. There was a lady with dark hair who was helping at the drive-through. The lady had an attitude the entire time because my baby was being fussy, after she sent my quarters through she didn’t even say so much is I have a good day or anything just straight walked away. Way to make a mother let alone a customer feel welcomed. You might’ve been having a bad day or morning. Doesn’t mean you have to ruin other peoples mornings especially when it’s my second or third time coming out by myself with my 2 month old and I get an experience like that just because my baby was being fussy.
