Joseph Lanz I met Dan Haines after interviewing several advisors, including some big name providers, when I was contemplating retirement over three years ago. Dan’s review, analysis and guidance convinced me the time was right and that I could enjoy a comfortable retirement. Since retiring Dan’s ongoing support has been invaluable. Dan’s recommendations to secure my assets during recent market turbulence proved to be exactly the right choices. A recent meeting with Dan and Doug Voisard specifically addressed my concerns about meeting increased medical costs as I age. Dan and Doug provided a thoughtful and fact-based analysis which reassured both me, and my children, that I’m well prepared for that future. I trust Dan implicitly.

Dwayne Johnson My last visit to this branch was sad to say the least( March 2024 ) Every time I visit this bank to make a withdrawal from one of my accounts, I found myself waiting for an exssisive amount of time. Even when there is only one or two people in front of me. This is what happened during my last visit. One teller was servicing the drive-thru customers,while the other teller was slowly helping the walk in people like myself. I was told by the manager that the third teller was at the window working on an assignment instructed by her and was not waiting on the walk in customers.I was very boisterous about the lack of quicker service. I have not returned to this branch and have no intentions of going back. The incident was actually the status quo here. I have two accounts here,a CD and a mutual fund at this branch. Not customer friendly !!

Joel Duncan Under new ownership and causing many issues. Short version of the story: All FY21 tax documents were submitted by the firms required deadline - well over a month before the tax due date. The firm routinely over sold their abilities to handle the workload. The day before the tax due date they finally submitted an extension - after me requesting multiple times. After the delay / extension / poor customer experience - I drove 30 miles north to collect my documents. Two months later the IRS sends me a $1,300 bill for improperly filed tax extensions - they simply put zero on all amounts owed - so interest + penalty had to be paid - After contacting the firm about this bill, they refused to pay (because I took my business elsewhere) - I have in writing from the owner not to worry about any fees prior as the extensions were being filed (this was very well documented due to my concerns) - the IRS has waived the fee after reviewing this saga I am never one to bash a company for a single bad experience. This was a catastrophe of epic proportions. They are so unorganized. As of writing this - their google address is still not updated (~3 months after moving). I would highly encourage anyone considering this company to perform proper due diligence first.
