PNC Bank - Taylor (MI)

1 /5 Christopher Rich: Went and deposited a check at a teller and specifically requested express funds. She said it wasn’t not a problem and read me the whole legal deal and said it would be a 20 dollar fee to which I said was fine. Left the bank and checked the account once I got home and there was no money from the check in my account. After calling and being placed on hold for a while the teller that processed the check said it was a system error and the funds would not be available until the next day which is a problem because I specifically asked for the express funds because I needed the funds today. I was told there was nothing that can be done. I am pretty sure there was no system error and it was a teller error and the whole system error was a cover to protect herself. I was not born yesterday. If you need to put a check in the bank, I would not recommend this location for teller service. This is supposed to be a professional establishment and I find it absolutely unacceptable that they can play games with people’s money like this and not even admit they made a mistake, instead just blame it on a system error.

2 /5 A World of Relaxation: Samantha Way the branch manager rude has no patience to be helpful to the business customers. She drove me to taking my business some place else. PNC have great funding options for small business but I don’t recommend dealing with her

1 /5 Justin Robert: Currently in line at the bank. I’ve been here 15 minutes. One girl working the counter including the drive up window while 4 other employees sit at their desk while helping no one. Lobby full of people waiting for the counter girl.

5 /5 Dwayne Johnson: My last visit to this branch was sad to say the least( March 2024 ) Every time I visit this bank to make a withdrawal from one of my accounts, I found myself waiting for an exssisive amount of time. Even when there is only one or two people in front of me. This is what happened during my last visit. One teller was servicing the drive-thru customers,while the other teller was slowly helping the walk in people like myself. I was told by the manager that the third teller was at the window working on an assignment instructed by her and was not waiting on the walk in customers.I was very boisterous about the lack of quicker service. I have not returned to this branch and have no intentions of going back. The incident was actually the status quo here. I have two accounts here,a CD and a mutual fund at this branch. Not customer friendly !!

5 /5 Amie Covell: This PNC Bank is hands down the greatest. I walked in the lady greeted me gave her my ID and she got me scheduled to see a bank associate and both Managers were going to wait on me. I was able to o replace my debit card in less than 3 minutes
