1 /5 Christopher Rich: Went and deposited a check at a teller and specifically requested express funds. She said it wasn’t not a problem and read me the whole legal deal and said it would be a 20 dollar fee to which I said was fine. Left the bank and checked the account once I got home and there was no money from the check in my account. After calling and being placed on hold for a while the teller that processed the check said it was a system error and the funds would not be available until the next day which is a problem because I specifically asked for the express funds because I needed the funds today. I was told there was nothing that can be done. I am pretty sure there was no system error and it was a teller error and the whole system error was a cover to protect herself. I was not born yesterday. If you need to put a check in the bank, I would not recommend this location for teller service. This is supposed to be a professional establishment and I find it absolutely unacceptable that they can play games with people’s money like this and not even admit they made a mistake, instead just blame it on a system error.
