The Branch was busy which is to be expected on a Saturday. My wife and I were helped by Lisa. She was very professional, and she apologized for our wait time. She took her time with us and explained many things the credit union has to offer. Overall a very good experience, I am happy I made the choice to open an account.

From the beginning, communication was poor — I constantly had to follow up just to get basic updates, and when I did get a response, it often left me more confused than before. There was little guidance through the process, and I never felt like my concerns were taken seriously. Getting a home loan is already stressful, and instead of making things easier, working with Dylan only added more frustration.
