Zach was attentive to any change or bump in the process and managed to keep us in the loop while simultaneously smoothing things out for us. He had his eyes on the goal the entire time and treated us with professionalism, warmth and respect. [We even laughed a few times, and not hysterically.] This was a first rodeo for me, so having a loan officer who explained what was happening and then assisted with the execution of each step was a pleasant surprise. I doubt that a big bank would have been able to provide this level of personalized customer service. If you are in the market for a mortgage, I cannot recommend Zach (and DFCU) strongly enough.
