Janine K I had an appointment with Luna and she was wonderful with assisting me in setting up a business account with them. She wished me many blessings for my LLC and if I needed anything, to stop back in and talk to her. Both Nicole and another teller acknowledged me when I came in and thanked me for my patience. I only had to wait 5 minutes for Luna to finish up with an elderly customer, which I don’t mind. Be advised that this branch is extremely busy and there are only 4 employees! From the 48 minutes I was there, around 26 customers came inside. Be patient with them.

Tahnee Talley Josh was great to work with. It took over a year to find a house but he was available anytime I needed him. He explained everything thoroughly through each step and stayed in communication with me through the whole process. It only took a few weeks to close and everything went smoothly. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Linda MacLennan My husband Ron recently went to the Shelby Twp Office to make three different payments. After leaving, he attempted to open his car but the key fob would not work. The three ladies at the branch all tried to assist as one even went out in the bitter cold to help! Finally, after a half hour, one of the ladies was able to get it to work for him. This brings customer service to a whole new level! The staff there is always friendly and professional!

Matt clearly has a passion for helping families with their financial future and he explains things in a way that is easy to understand. His genuine personality is such a blessing! In addition to this, Abbe his Branch Office Administrator, is equally as professional and kind. This team cant be beat!

Rachel Sammons Needed some renters insurance for my daughter she was moving out of town. I worked with Kim Kalahar at My Member Insurance in Midland not only did she get us what we needed for her new rental but she did all the work for us I told her what we were looking for and Kim took care of it all within the day.
